Twenty-year-old Liam and Anatole enjoy a happy relationship… until they have a small fight, Anatole ends all contact and disappears. Liam is heartbroken and can’t accept the breakup. Since his boyfriend doesn’t reply to his calls and text messages, Liam decides to sneak into a Halloween party organized by one of Anatole’s friends… to try to patch things up.
Not invited but having managed to add his name on the guest list, Liam shows up costumed as Dracula. The problem is that everyone at the party also wears a costume, which provides a pretty sizeable problem. He doesn’t know which costumed reveler is Anatole… And if that isn’t difficult enough, he is blackmailed into chaperoning a smart-mouthed 12-year-old boy dressed as a ghost, named Gabriel, throughout the night.
The unlikely duo must journey through the festivities together, searching for Anatole whilst overcoming each obstacle thrown their way. As the celebrations become more and more fevered, so does Liam’s need to find Anatole. After several false leads and a couple of calamitous encounters, he finally finds him. Unfortunately for Liam, the meeting doesn’t go as he had envisioned.
